We say things plainly, in the product and in the code. If a customer can’t understand it, it’s wrong and we change it.
We don’t sell rank and we don’t invent numbers. Integrity is something we build, not something we say.
We put our names on the work and fix what breaks. Nothing gets thrown over a wall for someone else to own.
