What we record
For each business: the public facts — name, address, category, hours, website, public contact details — alongside what AI assistants say when asked to recommend a business like it, a summary of public reviews and ratings, and the AI Score we calculate from all of it.

Where it comes from
Public sources only: the open web, business listings, mapping providers, and the answers we get by putting real questions to AI assistants. We don’t buy private data, and we don’t track individual people.

How the score is built
One method, applied the same way to every business — eight signals, documented weights, no paid placement. A business can’t buy a better score. Read the method

Public vs. private
A profile is public — that’s the point of a registry. Account details for owners who register (login, billing, internal notes) are private, used only to run the service, and never sold.

How long we keep it
We keep a profile current and re-score it periodically, so the record reflects what AI says now — not what it said a year ago. Remove a business and we stop maintaining its profile.
