No. No business can buy a higher score or a softer write-up, and no one can pay to be removed from a rival’s list. Independence is the whole point of a record.

Public sources: your website, your Google Business Profile, the major review platforms, and live checks of what AI assistants say about you. The data policy lists exactly what we use.

Use “report an error” and a real person reviews it, usually within two business days. A public record has to be a correct one.

No. We’re independent. We observe what assistants say about local businesses and write it down — we don’t control them, and they don’t pay us.

You’ll see your AI Score, where you stand against others nearby, and the specific things holding you back. Fixing them is up to you — or we can do it for you.
