Questions & answers

The short answers, plainly.

What is an AI Score?

A single number, 0 to 100, for how findable and recommendable your business is to AI assistants. We build it from eight signals — your website, reviews, listings, and whether AI actually names you — and we publish every weight.

Is it really free?

Yes. You can look up any business and see its AI Score for nothing, and registering your own business is free too. The honest read on where you stand should never sit behind a paywall.

How do you score my business?

We ask AI assistants the questions your customers ask, record what they say, and combine it with eight signals drawn from public data. The whole method is written down on the methodology page.

Can I pay to rank higher?

No. No business can buy a higher score or a softer write-up, and no one can pay to be removed from a rival’s list. Independence is the whole point of a record.

Where does the data come from?

Public sources: your website, your Google Business Profile, the major review platforms, and live checks of what AI assistants say about you. The data policy lists exactly what we use.

Something on my page is wrong. How do I fix it?

Use “report an error” and a real person reviews it, usually within two business days. A public record has to be a correct one.

How do I remove my business?

Opt out and we take your entry off the register, no questions asked.

Do you work for the AI assistants?

No. We’re independent. We observe what assistants say about local businesses and write it down — we don’t control them, and they don’t pay us.

I registered. What happens next?

You’ll see your AI Score, where you stand against others nearby, and the specific things holding you back. Fixing them is up to you — or we can do it for you.
