No business can buy a higher score or a softer write-up, and no one can pay to be removed from a rival’s list. Independence is the whole point of a record.
See what we hold about your business, correct anything wrong, or remove yourself from the register. The controls are below, and they’re free.
Flag anything inaccurate and a real person reviews it — usually within two business days. A public record has to be a correct one.
When the data is thin, we say so rather than inventing a number. A score you can’t trust is worse than no score at all.
Editorial independence
We earn our keep by helping businesses genuinely improve — never by selling a place on a list. The register stays honest because nothing about it is for sale.
