| Reviews & response | 12 | 78 | The star average is only one input. We also read volume, velocity, the specificity of review language, and response cadence. Specific reviews are what AI quotes verbatim. | Good |
| Backlink & citation authority | 8 | 56 | Domain authority and editorial quality of the sources that attest to you. | Fair |
| Google Business Profile | 8 | 90 | Required and recommended fields; update cadence. The listing AI pulls from first. | Good |
| Speed & mobile | 7 | 45 | Core Web Vitals at the 75th percentile, on a real phone. | Fair |
| Content freshness & schema | 5 | 31 | Crawl recency, intent alignment, valid JSON-LD, canonicals. | Poor |

The code behind this page
This is exactly what this page sends to Google, Bing, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini. We publish it in the open for two reasons: so you can see nothing here is hidden or made up, and so any business or developer can copy it. Being a good local AI steward means the machine version says exactly what the human version says.
1. HTTP response headers
Sent before the page. They tell crawlers the canonical address and that a plain markdown copy exists.
HTTP/2 200 content-type: text/html; charset=utf-8 link: <https://localairegistry.com/biz/ca/san-jose/pekoe-tea-bar-san-jose-ca>; rel="canonical", <https://localairegistry.com/biz/ca/san-jose/pekoe-tea-bar-san-jose-ca.md>; rel="alternate"; type="text/markdown", <https://localairegistry.com/llms.txt>; rel="describedby"
2. Head tags
Title, description, canonical, robots and Open Graph tags. This is what shows in search results and link previews.
<meta charset="utf-8"> <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1"> <title>Pekoe Tea Bar, San Jose CA: Kawaii Prices & Reviews</title> <meta name="description" content="Bubble tea store in San Jose, CA. 4.3 on Google from 252 reviews. 3. Structured data (JSON-LD)
One connected graph. Every person and service has its own @id and links to the business, and a licensed person links to the license and the board that issued it.

This is the evidence for every fact on this page, across Locals, Services, Team, Visit, Reputation and Updates. Each reference names the fact, the source, what kind of source it is, and the date it was checked, with a link and an archived copy so anyone can verify it. Visitor references are dated firsthand accounts. AI guesses record what an AI engine said on that date, not what is true.
