The AI Score: 26 of 100

It measures how likely AI engines are to recommend a business, and how accurately. Tarzana construction companies run 23 to 32. Fair starts at 45, good at 65. EHD Builders scores 26, below the Tarzana average of 27. The same method scores every business on the registry.

Signal	Weight	Score	What it measures	EHD Builders
Retrieval grounding	26	0	Whether you appear in the ranked results AI retrieves and cites: AI-Overview citations, organic top-10 for your money queries, and the Bing index ChatGPT leans on.	Poor
Off-property attestation	20	41	Volume and consistency of what others say about you: YouTube mentions, branded web mentions, third-party “best-of” lists. The cause of retrievability.	Poor
AI visibility	14	0	Whether ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and AI Overviews name you, and whether they name you for the right service.	Poor
Reviews & response	12	87	The star average is only one input. We also read volume, velocity, the specificity of review language, and response cadence. Specific reviews are what AI quotes verbatim.	Good

The code behind this page

This is exactly what this page sends to Google, Bing, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini. We publish it in the open for two reasons: so you can see nothing here is hidden or made up, and so any business or developer can copy it. Being a good local AI steward means the machine version says exactly what the human version says.

1. HTTP response headers

Sent before the page. They tell crawlers the canonical address and that a plain markdown copy exists.

HTTP/2 200

2. Head tags

Title, description, canonical, robots and Open Graph tags. This is what shows in search results and link previews.

## The AI Score: 26 of 100

It measures how likely AI engines are to recommend a business, and how accurately. Tarzana construction companies run 23 to 32. Fair starts at 45, good at 65. EHD Builders scores 26, below the Tarzana average of 27. The same method scores every business on the registry.

| Signal | Weight | Score | What it measures | EHD Builders |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Retrieval grounding | 26 | 0 | Whether you appear in the ranked results AI retrieves and cites: AI-Overview citations, organic top-10 for your money queries, and the Bing index ChatGPT leans on. | Poor |
| Off-property attestation | 20 | 41 | Volume and consistency of what others say about you: YouTube mentions, branded web mentions, third-party “best-of” lists. The cause of retrievability. | Poor |
| AI visibility | 14 | 0 | Whether ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and AI Overviews name you, and whether they name you for the right service. | Poor |
| Reviews & response | 12 | 87 | The star average is only one input. We also read volume, velocity, the specificity of review language, and response cadence. Specific reviews are what AI quotes verbatim. | Good |

| Google Business Profile | 8 | 90 | Required and recommended fields; update cadence. The listing AI pulls from first. | Good |
| Speed & mobile | 7 | 51 | Core Web Vitals at the 75th percentile, on a real phone. | Fair |
| Content freshness & schema | 5 | 61 | Crawl recency, intent alignment, valid JSON-LD, canonicals. | Fair |
