Google posts

We write the posts on your Google Business Profile and send each one to you before it publishes.

An assistant answering a local question reads the Google listing, and a listing that has said nothing in four months reads as a business that may not be trading.

What it is

A post is drafted from things we hold about you: the services on your listing, the searches you picked, your photos and your brand rules. Nothing is written from a template.

Every draft goes through a second model that scores it against a published writing standard, then through a deterministic scan that blocks the failures models talk their way past: a first sentence about the reader, the wrong town, a stapled review statistic, a medical claim.

You choose the cadence. Daily, a few times a week, weekly, or paused.

What you get

  • A draft in your approvals queue with the question it is aimed at named on it.
  • An email with the draft and the date it publishes if you leave it alone.
  • Edit, approve or decline. A declined draft is not published and the next one takes a different angle.
  • The published post on your listing, with the date and the text kept on your account.

How it runs

  1. A slot comes due

Your cadence decides when. A post drafted inside the same window is not drafted again, so a weekly cadence is a post a week and not a post a day.

  2. The draft is written and checked

Written from your own facts, then critiqued and rewritten up to three times until the scan is clean. A draft that still fails on the third pass is not filed at all, and the next slot tries a different angle.

  3. You see it first

The draft lands in your queue and an email goes to you with a publish date three business days out. If it sits unread, one reminder follows.

  4. It publishes

On approval, or on its date if you have switched that type on and left it alone. Posts never publish on their own until you turn that on.

Which plan includes it

Get Recommended is the lightest plan that includes it, at $32/day. Plans above it include everything below them.

Questions

Do posts go out without me seeing them?
No, unless you switch that on. Google posts are not in the default set that publishes on silence, so the normal path is that you approve each one.
Can I change the wording?
Yes. Edit it in the queue and the edited text is what publishes. You can also decline a draft, and declining does not cost you the slot.
What stops a post making a medical claim?
A scan runs on every draft and on the title. An outcome promise, a recovery time, a typical result or a safety word blocks the draft outright for health-adjacent categories.
