Once a month we ask ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini the questions your customers ask, and we keep the answer each one gave.
Capture is the measurement, not the work. It tells you which questions you already win, and it is the only honest way to know whether the rest of the work moved anything.
What it is
A question is a category, not a phrase. You pick the searches you want to win, and we write a set of questions around each one: what it costs, whether it is worth doing, who does it near the town, how to choose a provider.
ChatGPT and Perplexity are asked in a real browser and the answer is screenshotted. Gemini answers over its API, so that one has text and no picture.
Every answer is read for your business name and stored as a row against the question that produced it. A month with no capture stays empty rather than guessing.

How it runs
Your questions are chosen
You pick the searches that matter. We rank your full set by what it is worth commercially, collapse near-identical phrasings, and take the top ten.
Each one is anchored to your town
A question is asked the way a person in your area would ask it, so the answer we record is the answer someone near you would get.
The assistants are asked
ChatGPT and Perplexity through a browser with a screenshot, Gemini over its API. A question is asked once per calendar month, so nothing is bought twice.
The answer is read and stored
We record the answer text, the businesses named in it, and where you came in. A capture that fails is recorded as a failure, never as an absence.

- ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini. ChatGPT and Perplexity are asked in a browser and screenshotted. Gemini answers over its API, so that one is text only.
- How often does it run?
- Once a calendar month per question. Paying for a plan also fires a capture straight away, so your answers page has real captures on day one rather than at the end of the month.
- What happens when an assistant will not answer?
- The attempt is recorded as a failure with the reason. We do not fill the gap with a guess, and the question is asked again on the next pass.
