The monthly report
Every thirty days you get a PDF of what was done on your account and what moved, counted from the day you bought rather than from the first of the month.
The report is where the month is settled. It is the document that says which questions you won, which you did not, and what was done about it.
What it is
One document holding the period: the work ledger, your rankings, the AI answers we captured, your reviews, your directories and the publications that carried you.
Your period is your own. A customer who bought on the 9th is owed one on the 9th, and the pass checks every day rather than firing on the 1st.
A person reads it before you do. Three days before your date the draft goes to your assigned expert and to two people here, and that window is when a wrong sentence gets corrected or the report gets held.

How it runs
Your clock runs
Thirty days from the day you bought. The pass is checked daily at 07:00 UTC and finds whoever is due.
It is assembled three days out
The period is pulled together and printed to a PDF.
Our side reads it first
It goes to your expert as a task and to two of us as a preview. Somebody reads it before you do.
It is sent
On your date, unless somebody held it. One report per business per period, so a finished one is never regenerated.

Every paid plan carries this, starting at Get Found, $17/day. The free registry entry does not.

- When does it arrive?
- On your own thirty day date, counted from the day you bought. Not on the first of the month.
- Who else gets it?
- Everyone on the business with the monthly report switch on, plus anyone you list as a report recipient. If that leaves nobody, it goes to you.
- Does a person check it?
- Yes. Three days before your date it goes to your assigned expert and two people here as a preview, and it can be corrected or held in that window.
