Inviting someone to help manage your business

Hand the dashboard to a partner, a manager, or your marketer — with their own sign-in, not your password.

Never share a password

Plenty of owners are not the person who will actually work the dashboard — that is a spouse, an office manager, a marketing hire. Rather than passing your password around, you hand the business off properly: the other person gets their own sign-in, attached to the same business, and the history shows who did what.

Sending the invite

In your dashboard, use the “Hand this off” button. Enter the person’s name and email, then pick how it travels:

  • We send it — the registry emails them an invite with your business’s report and a link to set up their own sign-in.
  • You send it — we prepare the message and a copyable link, and it goes from your own email instead.

What the invited person gets

They open the link, set their own email and password, and land on the same dashboard you see: the AI Score, the findings, the approvals queue. If you forwarded the link yourself rather than having us email it, they confirm their email address with a six-digit code first — a small check that the sign-in really belongs to that inbox.

A delegate can see and act on everything you can, with two exceptions: they cannot re-register the business under themselves, and they cannot cancel your billing. Ownership and the purse stay with you.

If they only need to approve things

Full dashboard access is sometimes more than the job needs. If someone should only sign off on drafts — posts, review replies — add them as an approver in your settings instead. They get their own approval links by email and never need an account.

Common questions

Does the person I invite see my password?

No. They create their own sign-in from the invite link. Your credentials stay yours, and either of you can sign in independently.

What can a delegate not do?

Two things: claim or re-register the business, and cancel the billing. Everything else — approvals, settings, tools — works for them exactly as it does for you.

The invite link expired. Can I send another?

Yes. Links last thirty days, and you can send a fresh one from the same “Hand this off” button at any time.

How do I remove someone’s access?

Write to us through the contact page and we will detach their sign-in from the business. A person handles access changes, so nothing happens by accident.
