Registering your business

How to take ownership of your entry with a text message, and what changes once you have.

What “Registered” means

Every business in the registry has a public entry, whether or not the owner has ever seen it. Registering is how you take ownership of yours. Once you do, your entry carries a “Verified by the owner” seal, and you get the private side: your full AI Score, the specific signals holding it back, and a dashboard to act on them.

Registering is free and takes no card. It stays free. The honest read on where you stand is not something we charge for.

It also gives you the public side. The Meet the owner card on your entry becomes yours to write, on every plan including the free one, and the questions visitors ask on your page arrive somewhere you can answer them.

How to register

  • Find your business. Search from the registration page, or use the “Register” button on your public entry.
  • Enter your mobile number. We text you a six-digit code. Standard message rates apply.
  • Enter the code. That one step verifies your phone, creates your account, and records the registration together.

We verify by phone because a business’s phone line is the hardest thing for a stranger to fake. It keeps the register honest without paperwork.

What happens next

New entries get a full pass over your website, listings, reviews, and what AI assistants say. If that is still running, you will see the registry scan first. It usually takes a minute or two.

Then we ask where to send your report: an email address and a password. This becomes your sign-in, so you can open your dashboard from any device without waiting on a text. After that you land on your dashboard: your AI Score, how you compare nearby, and what to fix first.

Signing in later

Use your email and password at the sign-in page. The text-message code is only for registering. After that, email is how you get in. Forgot the password? The sign-in page has a reset link.

Common questions

Is registering really free?

Yes. Registering, your AI Score, and your dashboard are free, and we never ask for a card to register. Paid plans exist for owners who want us to do the fixing. They are separate and optional.

The code never arrived. What do I do?

Use the resend button on the code screen, or change the number if you mistyped it. Codes expire after ten minutes, so ask for a fresh one if you waited.

I registered. What happens next?

You see your AI Score, where you stand against others nearby, and the specific things holding you back. Fixing them is up to you, or we can do it for you. If you take a plan, what we do each week sets out the rhythm.

Someone else already registered my business. What now?

Write to us through the contact page with the business name and your role. A person checks every ownership dispute before anything changes hands.

Can more than one person manage the business?

Yes. Once registered, you can invite a partner, manager, or marketer with their own sign-in. See inviting someone to help.
