Your public page, and what visitors see

Your entry carries your AI Score, what assistants say about you, the facts on your listing, and a feed of questions and discussions about your business. Beside or below that sits the Meet the owner card.

All of it is public and none of it is behind a sign-in. That is what makes it a register rather than a dashboard.

One card in two states. Unregistered, it is a dashed question mark and three blanks addressed to the one person who can fill them. Registered, it is your name, your title, and your own answers.

The lines it can print include who the provider is, their credentials and the year they qualified, how long you have been open, how soon somebody can get in, the team size, awards, and one open answer about whatever you want a stranger to know.

Open Your page in your dashboard. It shows the card exactly as a visitor reads it, every published answer under its public label, plus the ones you have not answered. Change a line and the page updates.

It is on every plan, deliberately. A page nobody can correct is not something to charge for.

The name and title are yours to set too. They used to be whoever pressed register, which put an office manager in public as "the owner" with no way to change it.

Because you telling us something is not the same as us checking it. A line you filed yourself is published free and wears a meter that says, in public, that we hold your word for it and nothing else yet.

Answering again does not move it. It is not a rebuke and it is not a scare. It is the same standard we apply to every other line on the page, and it is why the page is worth reading.

Anyone can ask a question on your page. Each one gets an answer built from the record, which is the best that can be done when the business is not in the conversation, and it is not the same thing as you answering.

A stranger’s question is screened before it publishes, and where the screen cannot run the question goes to a person rather than straight onto your page. A question can be edited by whoever asked it for five minutes after posting, and the edit is screened again.

Your dashboard has a Questions page listing every thread on your page, with a reply box under each. It opens in inbox order: what somebody asked and nobody has answered, first.

Nothing is filtered out on the way there. A question you would rather not see is exactly the one a visitor is reading.

A reply you write publishes straight away, under your business name, marked as coming from the owner. You are not a stranger on your own page, so there is no queue in front of you. Our moderators keep the same power to remove a comment here that they have anywhere else, which is what the reply is answerable to instead.

Facts about your listing are corrected from your dashboard. Anything else, including an entry for a business that has closed or one you would rather not have listed at all, goes through the corrections desk, where a person reads it.
